1) TAGS STILL ATTACHED. ATTACHED IN THE CORRECT SPOT.
2) PLASTIC WRAP W/ SELF SEAL STILL AROUND THE JERSEY, WITH THE SELF SEAL ADHESIVE IN PLACE.
3) NO ODOR OR FUNK ON JERSEY, WE DO HAVE TO SMELL TEST IT.
4) JUST SEND BACK JUST AS YOU RECEIVED IT, EASY AS 1,2,3 :)

If We Shipped the Wrong Size (Our Mistake):
If the jersey you received does not match what is listed on your invoice (for example, your order says Small but you received a Large), this is a fulfillment error on our part.
To resolve it quickly:
Please email CanvasArtSales@gmail.com with:
1) Your order number, and
2) A clear photo of the printed size located inside the back neckline of the jersey (not the paper tag).
Once we receive your email and confirm the error through our shipping records, we will promptly send you the correct size and provide instructions to return the incorrect jersey at our expense.
If You Ordered the Wrong Size (Customer Error):
If you accidentally selected the wrong size during checkout, no problem — we’re happy to help with an exchange.

1) Your order number,
2) The size you received, and
3) The size you'd like in exchange.
We’ll reply with the return address. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost to return the item to us, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement jersey back to you as a courtesy.
To expedite the process, you may also include a photo of the printed size label inside the neckline.
Sizing Note:
We ship thousands of jerseys each month and experience very few returns or exchanges. Most sizing issues occur when customers assume our jerseys run small.
Our sizing is true to standard U.S. retail sizing (comparable to Target or Walmart). If you typically wear a Small in those stores, a Small from us should fit just fine.
3-4T = Size 18 Age 3-4
4-5T = Size 20 Age 4-5
5-6T = Size 22 Age 5-6
Youth Small = Size 24 Age 6-7
Youth Medium = Size 26 Age 8-9
Youth Large = Size 28 Age 10-11
Youth Extra Large = Size 30 Age 12-14
We have a 15 day replacement policy if something is damaged upon receiving it please let us know by email within the 15 days.
We do not accept anything custom we print back. All custom orders are made from scratch to your needs and liking.
RETURN POLICY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it!
1) Unworn or unused
2) In its original packaging, Including the plastic protective polybag.
3) With tags attached
4) Must pass our smell test & also visual review.
5) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with order # and where you purchased it.
To start a return, you can contact us at canvasartsales@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we give you. Any items being returned by our customers for whatever reason may be, its BUYERS responsibility to pay for shipping back to us. All returns are subject to 15%-20% depending on many factors, we will let you know after inspection of the goods and smell tests and confirmation item is in brand new condition. If item is already worn, do not waste time trying to send back, we can no longer accept returns that are not in original packing and can be resold. We make this determination during the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll will issue you a refund for the cost of the Jersey minus the restocking Fee.
Most our customers if they ordered the wrong size or some sort, they would rather list it on FB Markplace for same what they paid for it for a fast sale, just an idea.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
