Would like to receive product before providing feedback

It's been 14 days and the only thing thats happened so far is paying you all and getting a confirmation of my order and that I will receive an update.

I'm very excited about my personalized items and very happy with the price - but right now these don't exist and have not shown any indication of existing in the last two weeks. Looking forward to providing great feedback on you all once I can say something other than "I gave them my money" :)
