Said they shipped my order, waited a week, no update on the tracking, it says they still have the item and haven’t given it to the post office. Multiple attempts to contact company over a weeks time all went unanswered. Will never order from them again as they ruined a little boys Christmas. Will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank to get my money back
I was sent the incorrect size. I have sent multiple emails trying to get the correct size for my niece for Christmas but there are no responses and there is no telephone number. I even purchased a second jersey to try and get it for my niece for Christmas and USPS has been waiting for this item since 12/16. Again I have sent multiple emails about all of these issues and no one is responding or addressing any of this. PLEASE RESPOND AND GET ME THE SIZE 20 I ORDERED SO MY NIECE’S CHRISTMAS IS NOT RUINED. I HAVE PAID TWICE FOR THIS AND FOR SHIPPING! This is so unprofessional!!
I’ve bought 4 jersey sets now from here and my kids loved them all. The first order I did had 2 wrong sizes and they sent me the right sizes with no hassle. All jerseys have been washed numerous times by now and hold up great!
