If i could give them a 0 I would. I ordered the Spain Lamine Yamal jersey when it was in stock, before they even won the world cup. I was sent out the Barcelona jersey with the #10 instead. I’ve reached out to customer service via email and text message with photos and they have not responded to me. I’m really upset because my son waited by the door for a week anticipating the arrival of his jersey, just to receive the wrong one. It would be better if the company tried to rectify the situation, but they read my text message and decided not to respond. What a shame.
